Spicy Lamburger
Serves 4
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
450g lamb mince
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 burger buns
salt and pepper
4 tbsp Rachel's Organic Wholemilk Natural Yogurt
Preheat the grill. Put the onion, garlic, mince, coriander and cumin in a bowl and mix well. Season and shape into four burgers. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side.
In the meantime, toast the buns on the cut side. Serve the burgers in the buns with a dollop of Rachel's Organic Wholemilk Natural Yogurt, a few mint leaves, tomato slices and shredded lettuce.
